Islamic Educational Board of India (IEBI)
The Islamic Educational Board of India (IEBI) is an educational body established to extend the systematic model of Islamic and madrasa education developed in Kerala to Muslim communities across India and abroad. The Board began functioning from its office in Daryaganj, New Delhi, in 1991, with a branch office at the Samastha Centre in Kozhikode and zonal offices in major cities. It works to establish and support madrasas through a structured and standardised educational system, while preserving the traditional teachings of Ahl al-Sunna wa'l-Jama'a.
Jamiathul Hind Al Islamiyya
The Publication Wing of Jamiathul Hind Al Islamiyya serves as an important platform for scholarly research, textbook production, and academic publishing within the organization. It works to prepare, standardise, and publish study materials for various levels of Islamic education offered by JHI-affiliated institutions. Siraj Daily
Siraj Daily is a leading Malayalam daily newspaper published by the Sunni Times Trust, affiliated with Samastha. Established in 1984, it covers national, international, regional, and community news, offering balanced and objective reporting while reflecting the socio-cultural perspectives of the Sunni Muslim community. Siraj plays a key role in raising public awareness on educational, social, and cultural issues.
Sunni Voice
Sunni Voice is a popular fortnightly journal published by Sunni Yuvajana Sangham (SYS) in Malayalam. Founded to engage young adults in social, educational, and spiritual activities, SYS plays a vital role in community service across Kerala and abroad. Risala
Risala is the official monthly magazine of the Sunni Students Federation (SSF) in Malayalam, launched in October 1983. It covers youth affairs, literature, culture, and contemporary social issues from an Islamic perspective. Risala has grown into a leading cultural publication, encouraging reading habits and creative writing among students and young people.
Balakusumam
Balakusumam is a children's magazine launched in May 1981 by Balasangham, a children's organization under Samastha. Designed specifically for young readers, the magazine features moral stories, poems, educational quizzes, and artistic activities that nurture creativity, good character, and cultural awareness.
Al-Bayan Magazine (Ceased Publication)
Al-Bayan Magazine was an early journal published in September 1950 (Dhu al-Hijjah 1369 AH) under the leadership of Samastha leaders such as Paravanna K.K. Sadaqathullah Musliyar and E.K. Aboobacker Musliyar. Published from Kozhikode, the magazine aimed to educate the Sunni community on religious principles, counter contemporary misconceptions, and provide guidance on Sharia matters. Although it ceased publication after several issues, Al-Bayan holds historical significance in Samastha's publishing legacy.
Sunni Times (Ceased Publication)
Sunni Times was launched in 1964 as a weekly organ published to present the official views of Samastha, report on organizational activities, and address religious and social issues affecting the Muslim community. Published from Calicut, it played a key role in defending traditional Sunni beliefs and countering reformist movements during a crucial period. Sunni Times later ceased publication, but its legacy lives on through current media initiatives.
